KISx Card (Keep it Simple Surgery)
Surgery & Imaging program available for the most common surgical & imaging procedures. Some of the most typical include: Orthopedic, General Surgery, Colonoscopies, MRI, CT, and PET Scans. It you utilize the program, you will receive your procedure at NO COST to you instead of hitting the deductible first.

This is an enhanced benefit, and we encourage anyone facing a cancer diagnosis to enroll in the program and take advantage of all resources that are available to you.
