The Open Enrollment period runs from December 8 - December 14, 2025.

Passive Enrollment: This year’s open enrollment will be conducted as a passive enrollment. If you do not wish to make any changes to your current benefit elections, no action is required—your existing coverage will automatically carry over for the new plan year. However, if you would like to update your benefits or make new selections, please log in to the enrollment portal during the open enrollment period.
